Week 18 “THE BREAD OF LIFE”

Seeking Jesus for all the wrong reasons – John 6:24-26

The crowd was _____________ for Jesus to see what else He could do for them.
Jesus confronted them for seeking Him for food and not ______________ life!

Don’t be a Lukewarm Christian – John 6:27

He turned the conversation from ____________ needs to ____________
He would rather us be on _______ for Him or completely ______________ – Rev. 3:15-16
In the middle somewhere, a ______________ Christian is deceiving themselves.

FINAL THOUGHTS/QUESTIONS

Are you on fire for the Lord or are you lukewarm?

Are you with Jesus and helping Him gather the lost back to Him or are you in the church but scattering?

Is there something you need to repent of, turn your life completely over to Jesus, and start heating up to follow Him?

When God starts to work in some different way that is outside of your comfort zone, are you willing and able to flex with Him to do it?

Remember:

Jesus says he will not “lose” you!

If you’ve fallen away, today is the day to turn back to Him!

What would a person be who is in the middle called? What are some characteristics of these 3 types of Christians?
