Jesus’ Claims- a direct threat to Religious Leaders

Deuteronomy 19:15 NASB

“If I alone testify about Myself, My testimony is not true.”

A final warning from Jesus
John 5:43 NASB
“I have come in My Father’s name and you do not receive Me: if another comes in his own name, you will receive him.”

If they cannot believe in what Moses had told them about Jesus and Jesus’ words, then they would open themselves up to false teaching and be ready to receive one that comes in his own name. This is the _______–__________! John 5:41-47

Jesus is confirmed by four witnesses:
Himself, John the Baptist, Jesus’ Works, and the Father through the Scriptures (God’s Words).
