Read 1 Samuel 18:5-9, has there been anything in your life that just seems to get under your skin? Is it ok to be angry? Is it ok to be angry all the time? Why or why not?

What are some of the things going on in Saul’s life that might be causing the anger he shows in verse 9?

Is there someone God has been impressing on you to forgive? Maybe someone who has done you wrong and you’ve been holding onto that pain. Forgiveness does not always mean reconciliation of the relationship. Will you consider forgiving them this week?
